Tanner's First Month

Already a month has passed since Tanner was born, and it sure has been a busy one! We had a lot of family and friends stop by to visit Tanner for the first time, and they all thought he was precious! Both Mommy and Daddy are getting the hang of life with baby and are loving being parents. Tanner has been having some bouts of reflux and colic, but has responded well to medication. At his one month check up this week he weighed 9 lbs. 4 oz. I've posted just a few of the hundreds of pictures we've taken of Tanner his first month of life! Enjoy!

Hello there!

Tanner and Daddy asleep....at last....

Welcome to the world baby boy!

Tanner Jeremy Brant was born on April 30th, 2008 at 4:23 pm. He weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz. and was 20.7 inches long. Everything went well, and Tanner and his Mommy and Daddy are doing great! In the picture to the left is Daddy Jeremy holding his son right after he was born.

Baby Shower 03-22-08

On March 22nd we had a baby shower with close friends and family in attendance at our house. Sara Rau, a friend of Beth and Jeremy's was the hostess of the party. In this picture is Kinja (the family cat) acting like she's 'one of the girls' at the baby shower. She stayed in her chair the entire shower!

Ultrasound at 32 weeks

This is the most recent ultrasound we have of Tanner. They tried to get a look at his face, but he was uncooperative and kept burying his face into me to hide! All that you can see in this ultrasound picture is his head and spinal cord.

This is me at 31 weeks in my maternity swim suit. I have been trying to stay fit by swimming and walking throughout the pregnancy when I have some time, but the pounds just keep adding up!
